#101 "Named" forging items not registered correctly

When you forge an item its called "blah blah"'s steel or
whatever you forged.

However you cannot use this on NPC's or quests that
require Steel, I know this is a bug because it'd be
pointless if you couldn't use them for quests or anything
like that. I haven't tested this on other items but I'm
pretty sure there is the same problem elsewear.
