OMLNg release 0.9.4 : first on Sourceforge

OMLNg aims at providing non technical users a way to send newsletters and small mailing lists from a GUI without needing a dedicated mailing list server.
It is trying to allow a good integration with common office file formats and tools.

Release 0.9.4, born on December 19th 2004 is the first release of this program on Sourceforge.

I'm quite happy to offer this program to a larger public.

It is also the first Windows installable binary version that has been tested on a larger set of targets (Windows NT 4.0, Windows XP Pro SP2, Windows XP Home SP2, Windows 2000 Pro and Windows 98 SE) without major problem (until now).

This is still Alpha level program : plenty of functionnalities are to be added until I consider it ready for 1.0 graduation.
I'm particullary planning to add :
- more destinations sources plugins,
- more flexibility of edition of the destinations lists (mixing them, manual modification ...),
- cleanup of the GUI that lacks clarity
- multilinguism support by separation of messages from the core program
- releasable english version

Please feel free to test it and give plenty of feedback suggestions and any help is welcome.
