#9 Debian package should depend on module-assistant

omnibook-source should *at least* recommend
module-assistant, which is necessary to build the
module package with make-kpkg.

In my opinion, it would be better to add a strong
dependency, or the README.Debian should mention it in
the make-kpkg instructions.

Further more, I cannot understand why debian/ directory
is shipped with the sources. It would be far more
better to distribute the diff.gz, like any non-native
Debian package.
