vfs, ata, fat, tinysh, etc

Lots of progress lately. VFS is working. Fat12/16/32 Driver (read only). ATA driver (read only). Devfs, rootfs (both virtual memory based filesystems). basic port of newlib (redhats embedded libc). Tinysh (very very minimal shell)

TODO: Work out the cluster of bugs in the VFS. Start on Ext2 driver possibly. Maybe (just maybe) start on some PCI bus driver?
