User Space Processes

I am working on implementing userspace processes into ominOS. I am hoping to have that done in the next few weeks. i'm also working on a port of Waba Java VM to run on ominOS. granted. this will only support console based java apps. as ominOS will not have a GUI for a long long time. (read: years)
