At any rate... thank you for a cool piece of=20 > code :) what I'm thinking about is to merge the project with Neomail again... omail is the "qmail-only" version of Neomail, and we splited a few months before, because Ernie (Neomail's maintainer) didn't wanted to integrate mutliple-language support. Now that he changed his mind, I think it would be better to have a single piece of software, with support for mbox and maildirs.
