Hello, I'm currently using SpamAssassin on my servers (check the webpage http://spamassassin.org to see what it is about), and now I'd like to let my users choose by themself if they want to have their mail scanned or not. The "visible" part of the interface is nearly finished and can be seen under http://admin.omnis.ch/dev/admin2/ (login=test.com/passwd=test as usual) : try the "Spamfight" button :) If you have any comment yet, or better ideas for the label names, please tell me on the omail-admin-devel mailing list! Next step is to find where these spam-scanning informations should be saved: there is probably no space in the passwd.cdb, so I'll probably will have to start to use an sql table for this task. (but rest will still run file on an sql-free system) Other question is how to tell SpamAssassin to scan the mails for this specific user and to ignore the mails for this other user (based on his settings). I'm already using qmail-scanner ( http://qmail-scanner.sourceforge.net/ ) for virus scanning on my computers, so I think I will implement that directely in qmail-scanner. But it's maybe also possible to do something by playing with the .qmail-default files : the nicest would be a solution compatible with both systems... Ideas welcome... To be continued :-) Regards, Olivier -- _________________________________________________________________ Olivier Mueller - om...@83... - PGPkeyID: 0E84D2EA - Switzerland qmail projects: http://omail.omnis.ch - http://webmail.omnis.ch |
