#7 Proposal: changes in $scriptadmin

Hi,

i like to propose a change in the use of the
$scriptadmin variable

if it would look like this:

$scriptadmin = "mailto://admin@domain?SUBJECT=help";

then it would be more easy to have it the same all
over. now there is like a million variants of
SUBJECT=Omail_Problem (SUBJECT=oMail_webmail_problem
....)

Also, it would easily be possible to specify a support
page, rather than just an email address (the user is
using webmail for a reason, right?)
