#82 [Configuration]->[Save] does not work under Windows 7 x64

When adding accounts and client devices, using the [Configuration]->[Save] doesn't seem to do anything under Windows 7 x64. Additionally, the [Help]->[Reporting a bug] indicatates that all files in the root of C: should be mailed to assist in the resolution of the bug - this is all propriatary information unrelated to SCTS.
