#67 Unexpected http server connection closure

Description:
When the SCTS DS 1.2 runs client test cases, often
the test cases end even if the client did not send
any message. The failure reason is "Unable to Load
the SyncML document fron the Sender".

Cause:
0 byte packages on host port are interpreted as
invalid syncML documents. The SCTS DS 1.2 should
ignore these packages (as implemented on SCTS 1.1.2).
