Test Server-Con-1501 missed to send a <MaxObjSize>
element in Alert. In the OMA specifiction it’s
said : “If a device supports Large Object Handling,
it MUST declare the maximum size of object it is
capable of receiving as Meta information within the
Alert or Sync command, as specified in [3].”

At line 655 the SCTSExpr is missing the return
parameter
