The images of the help file are corrupted. Without the
images, it's difficult to understand the help.

    Patch description:

    Some corrections have been done in the Help files.
    The screenshots have all been done again.
    Some contents have been added in the Help files.

    The Help files are now in a new project.
    The files are under CVS:
    oma-scts\ds\SyncMLConformanceTestSuite\Help
    oma-scts\ds\SyncMLConformanceTestSuite\docs\Developer Package

    The attached file explain how to add the new help files in
    the solution.
