#21 Different Preconditions between SCTS and OMA documents #11

The Preconditions are different in the
SCTS_3.1.2_TestCaseDoc.doc (from the SCTS 1.1.2
installation file), and the
OMA-ETS-DataSynchronization-V1_1_2-20031015-A at Test
Group #11, Test: 1101. In the ETS, the Preconditions
are: "Test Object's databases MUST be in sync with SCTS
". In the SCTS document, the Preconditions are: "Test
Object's databases MUST be empty." Which one is right?
