when many packages in the tree view are open, this usually means that the horizontal scroll bar in the model tree windows is visible.
when the user now tries to move an object from one package to another, the model tree always scrolls diagnally. this makes it very hard to move the object to the right package.
when moving an object up or down in the model tree, the horizontal scroll focus should always be on the left
