I'm not sure how to trigger this bug, but, when it happens, the monitor dims when it's supposed to, but then doesn't brighten up when the monitor is reactivated. I'm not much of a programmer, but, I would suggest creating a fail state trigger that can detect if this has occured, i.e. settings say brighten on activation, brightening wasn't achieved, or something like that, or even just use an actual black element to cover the screen instead of fancy brightness control. The script is great when it works but I've been having to rerun the setup to fix it when it breaks about 5-10 times every day.

If I had to recall, I think I just move the mouse back to the monitor and it doesn't brighten up, and never will again until the script is reconfigured, or else I also have the problem where it remains dim instead of blacking out even though it's set to do so, seemingly always in combination with the previous condition.

Can you please download the newest version and test this issue again?
