#29 Feature Request: Allow alternative Dimming Method for Monitors without DDC/CI Support

I assume my Monitor do not have DDC/CI Support, as there's nothing listed. Blackout works

Maybe an alternative Mode would be nice.

Either using the Windows brightness control (for the internal notebook monitor) or just a graphical overlay with settable transparency. It's OLED after all, so there's no difference between altering brightness or putting a darker layer on top ;)
