When the "blackout" action is triggered, the black overlay hides the screen but does not stop Wallpaper Engine from running. This causes the animated wallpaper to continue rendering behind the overlay, consuming unnecessary GPU resources.
The application should automatically pause Wallpaper Engine on a monitor when it's blacked out and resume it when the overlay is removed.
