A user suggested adding support for custom keyboard shortcuts to manually trigger dimming (or blackout) of specific monitors, in addition to the existing idle-based behavior.

This feature would allow users to dim or black out a secondary display on demand—for example, to reduce distractions while gaming or watching full-screen content.

The implementation could include:

• Configurable hotkeys to:
• Toggle dimming on/off for specific monitors
• Toggle blackout mode independently
• Optional setting to override idle timer when triggered manually
• Indicator or tooltip to show manual dim state is active
