#18 eps does not save

I am trying the WebStart v2.1 on my Windows XP PC. The 'EPS snapshot' button brings up a directory and seems to allow me to choose a file name for the graphic export, but does not actually create a file.

I planned to actually use this to create a figure for my manuscript, but will be stymied unless there is a way to obtain an export. If there is anything I can do to help you recreate this problem so you can debug, let me know.
