#2 It won't show up. Need HELP.

I followed the instructions on everything and it still didn't show up. I signed up for a olark.com account and logged into it through pidgin and then put my Olark ID (username) into the module. What am I doing wrong? Can you please provide a step by step instructional for this? That would help a lot!
