OLAFS is the Open Local Area File Sharing tool. It is fully written in Java and consists of a peer to peer library for local area networks and a music player GUI. This GUI uses a playlist composed of files from all OLAFS users in the LAN and plays them no matter where they are physically located.
This is the candidate for the stable release 1.1.
This release is available on the sourceforge's file release page of the OLAFS project. You can also checkout this release from CVS by using the label OLAFS_1_1PRE4.

This release is based upon the BasicPlayer from Javazoom's jlGui library and a volume slider was added to the GUI.

The first OLAFS release is on Sourceforge. It is the version 1.1pre2 because there have been some development before the sources have been added to Sourceforge's version control.
