#2 Problem in Checking Out

I installed OLA on a windows machine with MySQL
database. I am using EasyPHP 1.7 for PHP and MYSQL.
But I am not able to check out resources. After logging
in as Corporate Librarian, I am browsing/searching the
books and after clicking on the link "view", I can see the
details of the book. At the end, there is only one link
coming, i.e., Update Comment. I suppose, there should
be one more link to check out the resources. I am not
getting the same. Can you please tell me the problem?
The Status of the books is "On Shelf".
