#2 upgrade to kde 3.1

Patch for making kdbx compile with kde 3.1 & qt3.
Added few missing #include lines & few little interface
changes (KURL is now class, use -lkio instead of -lkfile).

To apply, go to the source dir and use:
patch -p1 -i [path]/kdbx-0.7.1_kde3patch.diff
