#3 Support for listing and item extraction in readpst

Hi !

Would it be possible to have a method for listing the
items in a folder and extracting one of them by id/name ?

For example, readpst -h <foldername> <pstname> to
read the headers/subjects of the mail items in
<foldername> and readpst -e <foldername>
<itemnumber> <pstname> to extract item number
<itemnumber> from <foldername> in <pstname>
