Hi, if my understanding was correct, newer version of Rainbow doesn't have "Remove Extra Fonts" function anymore. Is it possible to put it back on future build?

That is correct. the last version providing this function was Rainbow 3.x.
I'll put it in th TODO list, but it'll be a lot priority because not many users use that feature anymore.
Meanwhile you may still be able to download and use Rainbow 3: http://www.translate.com/Language_Tech_Center/Tools/Tools_Archives.aspx
It can be installed and run independently of the latter versions.
