#78 XML: Splitting large documents

let's say there is a big XML document, for example a workshop manual for a certain make of car. If you convert it to TTX or RTF as it is, the file will be of enormous size and it won't be possible to process it in TagEditor or Word (it will be thousands of pages long with many, many thousands of translation units).

The right thing to do is to extract chapters from it (chapters are nodes with an id) and give those chapters to different translators.

The current XML Partitioning could be modified to allow this type of process.
