#99 Rainbow: XSL utility: Document template is never matcheS

As far as I can seee the document template "/" is never matched by the XSL processor.

In many cases it better to start a transformation with the 'main' template <xsl:template match="/"> instead of <xsl:template match="/|*"> or <xsl:template match="/myRootNode">

However, since "/" is never matched, all instructions included in this template will be omitted.
