#93 Olifant: Remove Codes not working sometimes

For some reason it is often necessary to repeat the operation several times to get rid of all inline codes. I'm sure I'm doing everything right, selecting All, and applying the remove command. I then see that the higher codes have indeed been removed, but if I scroll down, I see many are left in -- typically on the target side. I repeat the operation one or more times selecting the target column only and eventually all codes are removed.
