#90 Table filter: quotes not carried over when Trg not in Src

From Frank: When I want the translations for a specific column to be enterd in the same column, escaped quotes are removed in the XLF and restored when the XLS is merged back to CSV. I like this behaviour very much, because it avoids messed up CSV data due to unescaped quotes entered during translation.

However, when source and target columns are not the same, the original quoted values are not restored when merging the translated XLF back to CSV.
For now I simply try to avoid seperate source and target columns when dealing with critical data. Do you think you can do anything about this?
