It seems the Text Compare utility has problem comparing CDATA and non-CDATA section that have the exact same content. It comes as 'modified'

<![CDATA[type: <nameOfUser> here]]>

and

type: &lt;nameOfUser&gt; here

gives 'modified' and the escapes are incorrect in the resulting RTF.
