#12 SpringSafeCalendarTest only works in GMT

Hi Rob,

Your antipodean test team have discovered unintended eurocentricities. The SpringSafeCalendarTest sets the VM default time zone to "Europe/London" before the test case runs, but this happens after the constructor has created the SimpleDateFormat instance used to turn the parsed time back into a string.

So on my computer, the parsing works fine, but the formatting corrects for AEST and applies a +10 hour offset.

I've attached a patch to make the test case set both the parser and formatter calendar to Europe/London in the constructor.
