Version 10 is available for download at SourceForge.

Mainly worked on MatrixStore and MatrixDecomposition. They=92ve been =20
generized and a rather large number of (surprisingly serious) =20
problems have been fixed. The problems mainly had to do with matrix =20
multiplication for LogicalStore and extracting matrices (the parts) =20
from decompositions.

Currently there are NO junit tests that fail!

All users who are using Java 5 are strongly recommended to switch to =20
this latest version as soon as possible.

If you=92re not using Java 5 you have to stick to version 8.
