I restarted the application server. You should be able to get a password now.

Actually I discovered a whole bunch of problems - with the hosting platform none the least. I'm in the process of fixing a few bugs and changing the hosting. Until that's done it's very easy to break the application. In particular you should not add or remove instruments in the "Define Market".
