Publishing as a maven artifact should be straightforward. It just
needs a repository to publish the resources to, and a minimal pom.xml,
but it is already present for the v31. Publishing to the central maven
repo needs special privileges as not everybody is able to push there.
The guy who published the v31 should push the v32 too, for him, it's
just a matter of minutes.

Do you know who did it?
