I got the new code from the CSV, and your jar file, the ActiveSetSolver now works like a charm :-).
When the references changes in my system, I iterate the ActiveSetSolver more than a 100 times per. second without problems, great performance!

(The ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException was on line 242, I see you have done some changes there)
