#7 Add one-handed HotKeys!

Suggestion / wishlist: DSO101 is badly in need of
ONE-HANDED hotkeys: for example:

"Cursor-Left": Timebase = one notch faster
"Cursor-Right": Timebase = one notch slower

"A": set channel A as current channel
"B": set channel B as current channel

"Cursor-up": increase voltage sensitivity for current
channel
"Cursor-down": decrease voltage sensitivity for current
channel

"Space Bar": Manual Trigger

"S": toggle stop/go. In stop mode, capture is frozen.
This is useful if you've captured a trace, and want to
freeze the display while you remove your probe from
your circuit. Currently, when you remove your probe,
the scope might retrigger and you lose your capture...
annoying!

PgUP / PgDN: toggle trigger mode.
