#1 Addition of /proc interface in the OHSM driver

Following this link as an initial help to know the /proc interface can be programmed for our use.
We can have a directory /proc/ohsm
And then the desired number of files in the hierarchy.
Through this BUG we will also decide on what informations do we wish to expose to the user space regarding the state of the OHSM and its functionalities.
