While loading aggregate descriptor

MedXN-1.0/desc/medxndesc/aggregate_analysis_engine/MedXNAggregateTAE.xml

SEVERE: An import could not be resolved. No .xml file with name "org.ohnlp.opennlp.aes.PosTaggerAE" was found in the class path or data path.

This is a capitalization issue and runs fine on Windows where filenames are not case sensitive, but fails on unix for example.
