#47 logon required afer uninstall - wtf?

Win98, IE 5.5
After uninstall, Windows keeps making me "logon" to
windows at boot up. How do I make this go away? And
yes I consider it a bug that ohaha did not disable
this when I uninstalled - after all it created it upon
installation.
