This is currently a windows based cgi program.  the current design is far from decided upon, so all input is greatfully recived. 

I forsee many sub projects that you could take on if you prefer to work on distinct parts of a system, without falling over other developers.  there are going to be some realy indepth algorythum based parts, some datbase desighn areas, there are parts here that will suit all levels of experiance

even if you don't have good experiance of cgi/delphi there are good parts of this project to try out new techniques, etc..
