#4 Port to Ogre 2.0

Patch adding support for Ogre 2.0.

Patch used #if OGRE_VERSION_MAJOR == 2 so it shouldn't break Ogre 1.x buid.
Patch makes some minor changes in internal interface (protected methods and members).

Hi,

thanks for accepted patch, but:

1) updated only download file (no update svn repo)
2) miss Ogre::StringUtil::BLANK -> Ogre::BLANKSTRING fix in getFileName() in include/OgreOggISound.h
