#34 new user problem

I just installed OGC. I opened OGC from
Labview//Tools menu.
When opening Commander, I get Error 54
"The network is illformed.
An input parameter is invalid.
NI-488: Command requires GPIB controller to be
controller in charge."

There is no GPIB controller on the PC

The installer did not place OpenG Commander in the
Start menu.
I am unable to log in
