#17 Mass compile option still appears even when mass compiled?

The suppressible 'Welcome to ...' screen always
recommends that I mass compile (unless, of course, I
suppress the screen).

If someone has already mass compiled then you shouldn'e
offer this option in the future. Perhaps you can save a flag
inot the ini file.
