#2 vo-aacenc support

Hi,

it would be great to provide ogmrip with the support for vo-aacenc (http://opencore-amr.git.sourceforge.net/git/gitweb.cgi?p=opencore-amr/vo-aacenc) as alternative AAC encoder.

We on Debian would be very glad to make ogmrip available for all our users, but at the present we can't distribute FAAC as it's non-free, for more details on that please refer to the following bug report:
