#50 Add more control buttons to batch window

Hi,

First of all, thanks for creating and maintaining such a great tool.

For people that only want to extract specific chapters of a dvd, the batch mode is quite usefull. And the batch mode can probably be further improved by adding more control buttons to it. I could for example imagine:

- A button to remove the selected entries from the batch queue

- A button to clear the batch window

- A button to activate and deactivate selected entries in the queue

In any case, thanks in advance for taking this into account.

Right clicking on the list shows a menu with Clear and Remove items.

I am new to OGMrip and was not aware of the existence of the contextual menu in the queue window, sorry.
