OGMrip 1.0.1
Since upgrading to OGMrip 1.0.1, I am having the issue.

Using the same source file I have no trouble encoding using OGMrip 0.13.6
Source file created from "Devede NG ver. 4.4.0"
Included is the log file from the error window.

The selected video_out device is incompatible with this codec.
Try appending the scale filter to your filter list,
e.g. -vf spp, scale instead of -vf spp.
