If the pixel pass Depth buffer Test,it will write new value to the Depth buffer.
But then Alpha Test failed and do not write to the color buffer!
Because In vincent Depth buffer Test is before Alpha test,so In this case the pixel should
not change the depth buffer.Is it a bug?

It is a bug, but not an unintended one... OpenGL ES 2.0 removed the alpha test and replaced it by kill in the fragment processor, so I started to restructure the rasterizer. needs to be fixed for 1.x though...
