Rendering to pixmaps is not implemented. This should be
an easy modification to the surface clas, which already
maintains the color buffer in a windows DIB section.
All that's necessary is to add another constructor that
will not create a new bitmap, and modifying the
destructor not to destroy the color buffer bitmap.

    There is no efficient way to render to an arbitray BITMAP
    structure in windows. We could create a DIBSECTION and
    transfer the data to the target bitmap on flush, but then
    it's more efficient to use a pbuffer surface and use
    eglCopyBuffer.

    Adjusted the bits in the config structure, though...
