#104 Use CLZ for XScale and retire GPP

For XScale build configurations, use CLZ instruction
(or equivalent C++ intrinsic) to determine the
logarithm of the argument. Once this is done, retire
use of GPP.

Generate CLZ inside rasterizer to implement LOG2 opcode.
