'is gene of organism' was used in defining genome. For example,
genome of Eukaryota 'is gene of organism' some Eukaryota
'is gene of organism' with domain gene, range organism
With this implementation, genome of Eukaryota will be inferred as gene after reasoning. I don't think it is correct. genome has part some genes but not gene.
Another question is about relation 'is gene of organism'. A mouse can have a human gene or virus gene. Is this case excluded when use 'belong to'?

Hi Jie,
The bug on the usage of 'is gene of organism' has been fixed.
For your other question: when a mouse has a human gene that was genetically inserted to mouse chromsome, this human gene is not a gene of mouse. See if it makes sense.
